Brian founded Chartech in 2015. He has spent about 20 years helping organizations fix how work gets done.

He has an MBA from St. Cloud State University and is a certified SAFe Practice Consultant.

Now he helps local businesses find where calls, leads, and hours slip away, then sets up a simple digital team to catch them. He lives in Lakeville, Minnesota.

Charlie is often your first call at Chartech. He sits down with owners to learn how the business really runs: where calls and leads slip through, and which tasks eat up the week. Then he sets up and fine-tunes your digital team, shows your staff how to use it, and checks in to make sure it keeps paying off. He brings Microsoft Office certifications, hands-on operations and customer-service experience, and a Business Management focus in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Bethel University.
